Herbert Smith Freehills are proud to sponsor the
Art Graduates Prize 2014. Now in its second year, the Prize draws its shortlist from the very best of the UK's class of 2014. Open to all graduating artists in 2014, a Shortlist of 22 has now been selected.
The winner of the £1,000 prize will be selected by public vote via WiP’s state-of-the-art voting tool and will be announced at a private event on 6
th November. Last year’s private viewing held at Herbert Smith Freehills’ office, located in the heart of the City of London, attracted over 150 attendees and 75% of all the works available sold on the night.
All shortlisted artists will get the opportunity to sign with WiP, an innovative art consultancy with a variety of clients from large international corporates to collectors who have a keen interest in emerging talented artists. 85% of those who did sign last year sold or rented art subsequently to a vast number of our clients.
